A Change in the Air

I love living in New England.

Sure, I'm always griping about the long winters and shoveling 5 feet of snow from atop our cars.  But, it's the transition between the seasons that I love the most. That transformation, the first breath of crisp fall air or the first whiff of fragrant spring air makes enduring the bitter winters and sweltering summers worth while.

Here in Boston, Autumn is moving into the area. I'm starting to smell the aroma of drying leaves and wood stoves are starting to fill the air. The crisp, brisk air hasn't arrived yet, but I know it'll be here soon.

I took some time off today and ventured around one of my favorite places - the Forest Hills Cemetery.
