Made a Chicken Fricassee for dinner tonight.   I love French cooking.  It's all about extracting as much flavor as you can and mixing it with wine. I set up a mini still-life whilst the chicken marinated in the wine.

It's a different wine that what the chicken was cooking in  . . . . . as a note.
