in the details {212/365}

There's a part of me that thinks I belong in the  macro photography realm.  I love the details of life.  The small things. As the summer comes to a close and we are already starting to feel the beginnings of fall, I can't but help see the small signs that summer is still holding onto life.  It can be a beautiful summer breeze coming through the screen, to a sudden summer squall, or the feel of humid air on my back.

As you know, my other passion is cooking.  I see details in what I do there.  Often, I enjoy a glass of wine while I cook.  Details surround me there in the form of condensation on my wine glass as I prepare a meal.

The small things, to me, count the most.  They bring life into clear focus and sharpen the senses to it's beauty.
