King of Cheese {348/365}

Parmesiano  Reggiano is the King of Cheese. Ok. . .ok. . .ok.  You do have OTHER kings like Roquefort and Stilton, but Parmesiano Reggiano is my personal favorite, especially the hard rind.   I like throwing the rind into a hearty soup to add a TON of flavor!
