Linda's Lemonade [6/366]

There is a little restaurant in the heart of the Hub that Chris and I have fallen in love with - Pigalle. They serve absolutely the most exquisite French cuisine.  When we go, we usually do the Chef's Selection menu,  a 5-course meal with a variety of different delicacies.  It's the perfect option for me, because I always have a hard time making up my mind.

Their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable as well.  The optional Wine Pairing service is a must.  They will match whatever you're eating perfectly.

One drink they have on the menu is called Linda's Lemonade.  It was an instant hit with us! Sweet, fruity, tart and thirst-quenching (and goes down way too easily).

  • 2 parts freshly squeezed lemonade
  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • 1 part St. Germain
  • 1/4 simple syrup
  • 2 parts Grey Goose Vodka
  • garnish with a lemon!
Of course, it's not quite as good as the real thing (I don't seem to have their magic touch). I suggest, if you're in the Boston area, check them out!
